Review: The fusion Kitchen, Borivali

The most awaited restaurant on our list: The fusion Kitchen.
Let me go step by step & illustrate you in the best possible way
The ambience was definitely commendable, a family fancy restaurant
the adornment of the place was quiet good, they didn't stretched it far which is a good sign
there are few who exaggerate too much on ornamentation rather then improving on food.
Their service, Keeping it short they have trained there staff quiet decently
It was one of the great thing beside the food
The food, we had ordered over laden nachos and panner chilli poppers for appetizers
which were by far marvelous.
Crispy spinach flavoured tortillas topped with baked beans, bell peppers, olives and cheese sauce. This colourful plate of nachos is served with salsa and mexican sauce.
A perfect starter for Mexican meal !
The whole dish can get kinda heavy tho, make sure you have company to split 'em with.
Juicy popper marinated with arrabbiata sauce with & garnished with basic sauces & veggies
turned out to be quiet fine then expected by seeing them.
Then we ordered Pasta, Risotto and Stuffed Cottage cheese parmesan
which indeed was the best dish here
Crumb fried cottage cheese stuffed with mozzarella, topped with parmesan and baked on a bed of arrabbiata. This sumptuous dish is served with handful  portion of spiced potato wedges.
It is full of Carbs & intimidating flavours
& you definately need a good appetite to finish it.

we also ordered few drinks out of which the The Black beauty turned out to be the best
The drink prevails as pitch dark and obscure brew of kala khatta potion with its piquant and  tangy aftertaste. Moreover, the beauty of the opaque ebony hue of the drink just makes u crave for a last one.

Lastly dessert oreo mud pot surprise with the name so fancy the expectation were also high but it was pretty dull compared to rest other dish they offered
overall it was a good experience good food good people & the perfect ambience
love it <3
